About the Role

We are partnering with a cutting-edge provider of innovative greenhouse technology that’s revolutionising sustainable food production. As they continue to scale, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially savvy Sales Lead to drive growth across key markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a background in agriculture, horticulture, or CEA technologies to take a lead role in expanding a high-impact business with global potential.


About the Role

As Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and managing key customer relationships, and opening up new markets for the company’s advanced greenhouse solutions.

You’ll be expected to bring both strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution, collaborating closely with technical and product teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

International travel will be required (approximately 25%) to engage with clients, partners, and distributors across Europe and other priority regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet ambitious growth targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted global regions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, integrators, and channel partners

  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits to promote brand visibility

  • Provide feedback from the market to help shape product development and positioning

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting


About You

  • Proven sales experience in agritech, horticulture, greenhouse systems, or related sectors

  • Strong understanding of controlled environment agriculture and/or high-tech growing systems

  • Track record of developing commercial relationships and closing high-value deals

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%)

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Dutch, German, Spanish) are a plus
