About the Role

We are partnering with an innovative agri-tech company that is transforming the way dairy farms operate. Through their advanced cow management technology, they’re helping producers optimise herd health, welfare, and productivity with real-time, data-driven insights.

As they scale across Europe, they are looking for a commercially focused and proactive Sales Executive to drive adoption of their solution across the dairy industry.


About the Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with dairy producers, cooperatives, and farm service providers. This is a highly consultative sales role suited to someone who understands the dairy industry and can translate technical value into commercial benefit for farmers.

You’ll collaborate closely with technical and product teams, represent the brand at trade events, and play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint in key dairy regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of the company’s cow management solution across targeted dairy markets

  • Build and manage relationships with dairy farmers, integrators, and industry stakeholders

  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value of the technology clearly and credibly

  • Develop territory plans and meet sales targets

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and on-farm events to build brand awareness and generate leads

  • Collect market intelligence and provide customer feedback to internal teams

  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction


About You

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the dairy or livestock industry

  • Strong understanding of farm operations and dairy production systems

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable with technology and confident in discussing data-led solutions

  • Self-starter with a proactive, consultative approach to selling

  • Willingness to travel regularly across your region

  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (such as German, Dutch, or French) are a plus
